I founded Sports Management Solutions in 2016 to offer support and guidance to a range of organisations wanting to develop and improve.

I set up Sports Management Solutions following a successful career spanning 21 years across public, private and voluntary sectors. I have a strong background as an inspirational business leader with over 12 years of management, strategy, delivery and operational experience in the Leisure industry with a proven track record in directing and leading large multi-faceted departments. 

I have a history of successfully managing complex capital and revenue programmes, I am particularly proud of directly securing over £10m of external funding for projects across the North East. I excel in dynamic, demanding environments while remaining pragmatic, focused and personable.
